As soon as you place your order the status will say "Awaiting Fulfillment". This simply means we have received your order and it is waiting to be processed. If your order remains at this status for several business days, please feel free to call us at 1-877-333-5369 to see why there is a delay in processing your order.
Please Note: The brand Ann Chery and product codes that start with an AC are special order items. If you have ordered one of these products, your order has been processed and the item you have selected is currently on order with the manufacturer. As noted on the website, “This product is imported from Colombia and usually takes 3-6 weeks for delivery.” We will ship this out to you as soon as it arrives. If you would like to cancel this order or switch to a different item, please let us know.
