Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

Yes! At Feel Foxy we take great pride in our reputation for quality, service, and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days from your original purchase date, you may receive a refund or an exchange. All returns or exchanges must have the original tags attached, be in their original packaging, and must not have been worn. All sales are final on clearance items, underwear, swimwear, and shapewear (that has a bottom i.e., thong, panty, boxer, capri leg) and are excluded from our general return policy. Any underwear, swimwear, or shapewear with a bottom returned to us will be discarded and only exchanges will be issued. Regardless of condition or packaging, No refunds will be made. No exceptions. We understand that shapewear can be difficult to fit and for this reason we will allow an exchange for a larger or smaller size.
